Matted areas:

In case of matting, and if it is more severe than booked (surcharge + €1,-/min-), restless puppies or other restless dogs, as well as if the service time is exceeded due to the coat structure or a lot of fur, an additional charge will be applied for the extra work.

Appointment cancellation

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will be unable to book them and unfortunately will have to charge you – regardless of the reason.

Liability

Your dog will be treated carefully and lovingly with us; however, we accept no liability for injuries resulting from the difficult removal of heavy mats directly on the skin or from restless dogs.

For more severe matting, additional charges apply (30€ per 30 minutes)

 

For very restless dogs, puppies or dogs that snap, we also have to charge an additional fee due to the longer duration
